Don’t ruin your calming practice right afterwards

Today I read an interview which I really enjoyed. It contained some great inspiration tipps but one thing is still stuck in my head:

Please don’t ruin your meditation practice immediately afterwards.

Try to establish a day led by your meditation practice—calm, focused, reflected.
